Email mrdevstudio@outlook.com. Include the app version, macOS version, Mac model, the steps to reproduce the issue, and the message shown. Screenshots or logs are optional. Do not send your Apple password, payment details, or audio you do not want to share.

Start creating

The Muse Syndicate requires macOS 27 or later and a Mac with Apple Silicon. On first launch, enter any name and click Get Started to create a local profile. No online account or password is required.

The Create screen has one workspace for lyrics, musical style, and audio inputs. Use Creation Source to choose From Scratch, Reference, Cover, or Repaint. Vocal and instrumental creation, variations, and the other studio tools are available without a subscription.

Purchases and restoration

Use Settings → Premium → Restore Purchases with the App Store account that made the purchase. Your local studio profile is separate from your Apple Account. If pricing cannot load, reconnect to the internet; free local tools remain available.

Premium adds manual duration, BPM, key, and time signature controls, plus MP3 generation at 320 kbps and lossless FLAC generation. All other studio tools remain free.

Manage or cancel Premium

Use Settings → Premium → Manage Subscription or Apple subscription settings. Deleting a profile, clearing files, uninstalling, or resetting the app does not cancel a subscription. Refund requests are handled by Apple at Report a Problem.

Your files and backups

Use Settings → Your Files → Show Files in Finder. The app automatically creates a fixed studio folder inside its private macOS storage. You do not need to choose a folder or type a particular folder name.

Back up your studio files before removing anything. Deleted audio and trained voices are not recreated automatically. Missing library records can be removed without recreating their audio. Referenced songs must first be removed from the library before becoming eligible for unused-file cleanup.

Deleting the app from Applications may leave its local data on the Mac. Exported files and external backups are managed separately. Use Settings → Manage Profiles and Reset… for profile deletion or a confirmed full studio reset.

Import, export, and microphone permissions

Use the app’s native file selectors to choose audio to import and the destination for exports. The app does not require permission to your entire home folder for its studio storage.

Recording requires microphone permission, but imported recordings remain usable without it. Change access in System Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone. If a chosen source file or export destination is read-only or unavailable, choose an accessible location.

Offline operation and processing time

Music models and processing runtimes are included with the app; no separate model download or Python installation is required. Music generation and studio processing run locally. Purchases, restoration, and confirmation of renewals need internet. Optional speech recognition languages may need an initial download from Apple.

Allow the initial studio preparation to finish. Generation and training can take several minutes or longer depending on the Mac, model, and settings. Follow the displayed progress and use the cancellation control when you need to stop an active task.

Voice training, models, and rights

Voice Cloning uses compatible RVC models that you can import or train locally. Train voices and musical styles only with recordings and material you have permission to use. Keep backups of training datasets and exported models.

Open-source notices and component source exports are available in Settings → About → Open Source Licenses. Read the Privacy Policy for information about local data, optional services, and deletion.
