If you contact us for support, we may receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, app version, device details, screenshots, exported files, and a description of the issue.

Use of Your Personal Data

Purposes for using information related to the Service.

We may use Personal Data and Project Data for purposes such as:

  • To provide and maintain the Service

Data Storage (iCloud)

How sync works when enabled.

ArchNexus is described as supporting iCloud sync across Apple devices. If iCloud sync is enabled in your version, project data and related workspace content may be stored in or transmitted through Apple's iCloud services so that the same information can be available on your Mac, iPhone, and iPad.

  • Private storage: Data synchronized through iCloud is generally stored within your Apple account environment.
  • Apple services: Apple provides the iCloud infrastructure and applies its own privacy and security controls to that service.
  • Your choice: If your version of the app allows it, you control whether to use iCloud sync.

CSV Exports

Files generated from your workspace.

ArchNexus may allow you to export CSV files generated from your project data. These exports may contain cost, pricing, catalog, or other workspace information based on the mode you choose, such as Full or Costs-Only.

Exported files are created at your request. Once exported, saved, or shared, they are handled according to the apps, destinations, and system features you choose to use on your device.
