FlightNexus Android

By downloading, installing, or using FlightNexus Android, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use FlightNexus Android for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and applicable laws.

• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute the app except where allowed by law.
• You may not use the app to violate laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

• In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed through Google Play Billing.
• Pricing, taxes, billing cycles, and subscription renewals are shown in Google Play before you confirm purchase.
• Subscription management and cancellation are handled in your Google Play account settings.
• Refunds are handled according to Google Play refund policies.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of content you enter in the app (such as flight logs).
• You are responsible for keeping your device and Google account access secure.
• You must not use the app for abuse, fraud, or attempts to bypass paid features.

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features at any time to maintain quality, security, or compliance. We may also release app updates that are required for continued use of specific features.

We may suspend or terminate access to the app if these Terms are materially violated. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it and canceling any active subscription in Google Play.

The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the app will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device configuration.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption related to your use of the app.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
