FlightNexus Android

• We do not sell personal data.
• We do not run our own backend that stores your personal profile or flight logs.
• Your flight data is stored locally on your device, and optional backups are stored in your own Google Drive account.
• If you buy subscriptions or in-app products, transactions are processed by Google Play Billing.

In-app content (stored locally)

• Pilot profile data, logbook entries, flight history, and app preferences.
• This data is saved on your device and used only to provide app features.

Location data (feature-based)

• Location may be used while the app is in use for gameplay features such as distance calculations and location-based bonuses.
• Location processing is feature-limited and not used for advertising or background tracking.

Purchase and subscription status

• Purchase processing is handled by Google Play Billing.
• We use purchase status (for example, active or expired) to unlock premium features in the app.
• We do not receive your full payment card data.

• Location: Used for in-app flight features that depend on your current position.
• Network access: Used for optional Google Drive sync and Google Play Billing flows.

FlightNexus Android can sync backup data with Google Drive. Backups are stored in your Google account and are intended to help restore app progress across devices.

• Control: You can disable sync in the app.
• Access: We do not use your backups for advertising, profiling, or data sale.
• Security: Google secures account-level infrastructure according to its own security standards.

We do not sell or rent your personal data.

Data may be shared only in these limited situations:

• To comply with a legal obligation.
• To protect rights, safety, and security of users or the public.
• Through Google services that you choose to use (for example Google Play Billing or Google Drive), governed by Google’s policies.

• Local app data: Kept on your device until you clear app data or uninstall the app.
• Google Drive backups: Kept until you delete backups from the app or from your Google account storage.
• Purchase history: Managed by Google Play under Google’s own retention rules.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data within the app. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to keep the app and integrations up to date.

The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal data, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
