BARF Buddy may evolve over time. Some sections below mention features such as accounts, purchases, or notifications. These apply only if/when such features are available and used. The wording “may” reflects that behavior.

Interpretation

Words with the initial letter capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The definitions apply whether they appear in singular or plural.

Definitions

• Account: a unique account created to access the Service or parts of it (if applicable).
• Affiliate: an entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with a party.
• Application: BARF Buddy, the software program provided by the Company.
• Company (“We”, “Us”, “Our”): BARF Buddy.

• Service: the Application.
